Please upload a high quality .jpg or .png to your profile.

Your logo should measure no more than 250 x 250 pixels. You can always see a preview of what your logo will look like on the right of your profile page.

What do I do if my logo won’t upload?
Double check the format you are trying to upload. The document should be a .jpg or .png

My logo is in the right format but still won’t upload
Be sure to check the size of your file, a larger file can take longer to upload. We recommend no more than 2MB but ideally around 1MB should cause no issues

My logo appears very small on my profile, what is causing this
The dimensions of the logo you have uploaded are too small, make sure your logo is 250 by 250 px

My logo is cut off at the edges
The dimensions of the logo you have uploaded are too large, make sure your logo is 250 by 250 px

Why is my logo too zoomed in or cropped at the edges?
Ensure your logo is 250 by 250 px. If your logo does not fit in the square preview, it is too wide, or too tall, and will be cropped to fit. Resize your logo to 250 by 250 px, or add a white background to ensure it fits this dimension

My logo does not appear when I upload it
Make sure that if you have a white logo there is a coloured background on it
