Get the most from your Collision attendance

Our goal on the startup success team is to help you navigate Collision. We send weekly email updates, develop and run startup activations as well as many other tasks in the lead up to Collision.

We will have up to 1,250 startups joining us for Collision, so we want to make sure we understand what our startups are most looking forward to at Collision and what you are hoping to achieve. Have your voice and ideas heard by filling out our pre-event survey here!

Your startup success manager

Each company is assigned a dedicated startup success manager to help prepare you for the event. Your startup success manager is your best email point of contact, and will send weekly email updates in the weeks leading up to the event.

They can only answer the questions you ask so be sure to pop them an email if you have any questions, your startup success manager will be happy to answer!

Email communication

The best way to reach your startup success manager is through email. This also means that for any questions you ask, there is a paper trail you can go back on if you forget anything.

Make sure you fill in and complete your ticket details when assigning your tickets. In email communications, your startup success manager will include all email addresses assigned to a ticket in your startup package. If you’d like any additional team members to receive email communications, please inform your startup success manager.

For more Collision updates, make sure your team members are subscribed to our newsletters.

Please note: The Collision startup team is mainly located in Dublin, Ireland, and in Lisbon, Portugal, and so operate in the GMT time zone. We aim to respond to any queries as efficiently as possible and within 24 hours, however, please take the time difference into consideration when contacting the startup team.

Your profile

In the initial email from your startup success manager, you will find your startup profile URL. Your profile URL is unique to your company and can be shared with as many of your colleagues as you like. There are no logins or passwords.

Why is this important?
There are lots of important reasons why the information you provide here is important:

  • The information you submit on your profile will be visible to all of our attendees before and during the event.
  • It will be used to populate our featured startups page and your Collision app profile.
  • Filling out your startup’s information can result in a higher chance of being selected for some startup activations.

In short, it is how people will learn more about you, and will often be the first piece of information people read about you.

Important: Please ensure all information is correct before pressing ‘save and proceed’ on your startup profile. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and meet the deadlines provided.
